Good Old Times !!!!!

Well today I was going through my old hard drive and somewhere in the middle I saw a video file by the name Goli Soda.. well 'goli' means marble in Telugu. I opened the file this was what was in there. So I thought of uploading it to the youtube and share with you guys. These were the good old time in Border Trail 218... well that was the apartment no. when i was in school. Ok for those who don't know what a goli soda is.. It is a soda especially from south India. It has a Marble in the middle like a lid to the bottel... keeps the pressure in.. Now we got a chance to get it in US.. So we thought to shoot a video.. well the person opening it is Venki and camera man is ofcourse me.. :)...
Check it out and leave ur comments.. well the third person's identity is unknown ... :D....

Well guys.. miss those good old times...

US State Quarters Collection

At last I finished the 50 US State Quarters collection. Each year for the last 10 years US Mint has been releasing quarters with US states on them. The program started in 1999 and with last year being the final year of the program the series of Quarters ended.

Each year Quarters of 5 different States were released. First being release in 1999 and last one in 2008. The last one was Hawaii. Well it released sometime in late 2008 but I couldn't get it till now. My friend Chakardhar Rao gave it to me when he came across one when we was about to do laundry.

Till I came to US I never knew about all this. My roommate Manoj Patnaik (Dada) used to collect them. Seeing his collection I got intersted. So I started my own. It was easy to collect the old ones which were already in circulation but from 2005 onwards it was like I have to wait for every new one. And atlast in March 2009 I finally completed the collection.

Here are the pictures of my collection.

"I choose love"

"We have a choice to choose hate or love. I choose love."
Well these were the words of A.R.Rahman after he received the Oscars... He created history by winning 2 Oscars by any Indian. Well Rahman u make India and Indians proud.. keep up the good work. This is only the beginning and lots to come... "Jai Ho" ..

Happy Valentine's Day !!!!

Hi Friends....
Once again Love is in the Air.. This is the time of the year when love is simply around everywhere.. Well as I always say on to my friends on every valentine's day..

" To all my friends who has a special person in their life.... HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY..... well for the rest of you... HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY... :) "

I came across this picture while surfing.... Well it truly summarizes the day... Some are lucky.. and some may be blank.. but there is always an arrow for every heart... Just keep trying to hit the Bull's eye... and one day it hits right on the one...

Well guys....
"To love is Nothing...
To be loved is Something....
To love and to be loved is Everything... "

Have a wonderful Valentine's day...
